Update: Sleep Care got me the Rx I needed. I appreciate the quick response and they have by far been the easiest company to deal with when needing a Rx for CPAP so far. I literally spent almost 2 months trying to renew my Rx with my original sleep specialist that diagnosed me and this company was able to make it happen within a couple days of me signing up with them. Their cost was only slightly more than my Co-pay would have been to see my (now former) sleep specialist, so it is money well spent. I am overall very happy with my experience with them and am so happy to finally have a renewed Rx for the the CPAP supplies I need! I needed a renewed Rx for CPAP supplies. The doctor wrote a Rx just for the machine which my CPAP supplier could not accept (it needed to include Rx for supplies as well). I have reached out to this company to get an adequate prescription that will be accepted by the company approved by my insurance. The initial response was that the doctor’s don’t write Rxs for supplies, just machines. This is not what their website states. If they are able to fix this problem quickly I will update/increase my review. Right now this Rx I have does me no good because I already have a machine, what I need is supplies. (Reviewed on Google)

I just needed a new prescription for a C-PAP machine to be replaced. I was able to speak with a doctor and she was able to renew the prescription via a phone call. I am now able to replace my existing machine which has been used every night since January 1, 2009. (Reviewed on Google)

TLDR: Sleep Care Online GUD!!!! USE THEM! I’m a grumpy miserable person. I’m even more unbearable when I don’t sleep. I never thought I would take the time to set up an account to leave a review, let alone a positive one. I also don’t like sharing my personal experiences online since most online reviews are garbage. So for anyone reading this you get to see my review from my spam account. Feel free to write this review off as a Chinese spam bot but if you do you are missing out. Here is my story. In first quarter 2022 my CPAP machine broke. I have been on CPAP therapy for over a decade and though a couple of machines. At the time of this post there was a shortage of CPAP machines in my area(I’ll let you guess why). And due to the same (cookware)demic my sleep doctors’ office closed leaving me unable to get a renewed prescription or replacement machine in a timely matter. Sleep care online was able to set me up quickly with a virtual visit to a sleep doctor allowing me to renew my prescription so I could purchase a replacement machine. Without a good nights rest I was unable to focus and sleep care online was able to help direct me though the setup process over the phone. I’m writing this review as I await my new machine so don’t judge this review too harshly based on grammar and spelling mistakes. As I sit here day dreaming of being able to have real dreams Sleep Care Online has made this grumpy man smile. If you knew me, and you don’t, that’s a near impossible thing to do. I would highly recommend Sleep Care online to anyone. I was so desperate to get sleep I was trying everything. I’m so glad I found this website and these people. They are wonderful.
