You are at high risk for having obstructive sleep apnea. Sleep apnea has been linked to daytime sleepiness, reduced alertness, lethargy and impaired driving. Other complications include hypertension and stroke. In order to determine if you suffer from sleep apnea, it is necessary to be evaluated by a board-certified physician to establish a care plan.

You are at low risk for obstructive sleep apnea. However, a low risk score does not mean no risk. If you are still having problems with your sleep, consider a consultation with a board-certified sleep physician.
