Here is what your Sleep Care online package includes:

1. Schedule a 15-minute telehealth visit with a medical healthcare provider to discuss symptoms, upcoming sleep study, test results, and treatment options
2.  A home sleep apnea test is mailed to your house to be completed at your convenience
3.  Physician analyzes the sleep data and provides a prescription, if needed
4. Post-therapy follow-up sleep testing and 15-minute telehealth visit to monitor progress

What is Complete Care?

Sleep Care online’s Complete Care offers a comprehensive sleep diagnosis and treatment sleep care package. For a one-time fee, you will be invited to virtually meet with board-certified sleep physicians in one-on-one consultations, take a home sleep apnea test in the comfort of your own bed, and receive a prescription for therapy—all without visiting a doctor’s office. Plus, we include a second set of sleep testing and another telehealth visit two months post-therapy to monitor progress and outcomes. Purchasing a home sleep test is a productive first step in addressing your sleep issues and preventing further complications from lack of sleep.
